It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Garant (Tilbury, Ontario), who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Cliff; her parents, Thomas Mitchell and Hilda Mitchell; her son Scott Kenneth Hutton; and her sister Barbara Scott.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Thomas and John Mitchell. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
