He was predeceased by: his parents, Alec Campeau and Shirley Campeau (Montbleau); his spouse Claire Campeau; his son Duane Campeau of Windsor; his sister Carol Koke; and his brother-in-law Ed Koke.

He is survived by: his son Daniel (Robin) of Windsor; his stepchildren, Chris (Jen) of Chatham, Allen (Lori) of Chatham and Darren Laforet of Chatham; and his siblings, Gale Cassidy (late Eric), George Campeau (late Carol), Raymond Campeau (Brenda) and Margaret Tremblay (Gilbert). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
