She was predeceased by: her spouse Arley Coulter; her parents, George Simpson and Nellie Simpson; her siblings, Leonard Simpson (Joy), Darwin Simpson (Audrey), Velma Johns (late Leonard) and Gloria Wright (Lyle); and her siblings-in-law, Milo, Clinton "Toby" and Jeannette Coulter.

She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Rasmussen and Hans Rasmussen; her grandchild Erik Rasmussen; her sibling Gertrude Moody (late Milt); her siblings-in-law, Iva, Jack Groggins, Joe, Sue Coulter and Edith Coulter; and her godchild Kerri Clark Dias. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Windsor Essex Humane Society.
