He was predeceased by: his siblings, Bill Lowes, Julie Lowes and Matthew Lowes (Grace); his parents, Donald Lowes and Shirley Lowes; and his in-laws, Armand and Patricia Lanoue.
He is survived by: his wife Corinne; and his children, Danielle (Brian Dietrich) and Evan Lowes (Chantal). He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
