He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gail Salisbury and Fredric Blake Salisbury; his sons, Alex and Anthony Salisbury; his sister Michelle Salisbury (Will); his niece Marissa Salisbury; his nephew Austin Ferguson (Estella); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sariyah Ferguson and Baby Ferguson; his aunts, Janice Tewkesbury (Jay) and Doris (Ray); his cousins, Jason Arnew, Jennifer Salisbury Moore, Nicole Tewkesbury (Paul), Emma Peirone (Scott), Micheal (Kim), Cassie Dawson and Cathy (Jeff); his friends, Les Marchand, Dale St, Louis and Alex Long; and his close friends, King and Sonny.
