It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma MacLeod (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma MacLeod to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Jan Hatzis (John-Jack MacLeod); her parents, Olga Zakaluk and William Zakaluk; her parents-in-law, Catherine and Peter MacLeod; her siblings-in-law, Joyce MacLeod, Millie Jermy, Mickey Arvelin and Angus MacLeod; and her nieces, Michele Waugh and Kitty Anne MacLeod.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Ninivirta (Darryl) and John MacLeod (Cindy); her grandchildren, Lindsay Ninivirta, Jacklynn, Connor MacLeod and Johnathan Hatzis; her sister Marie Arvelin; her nephews, Bill Arvelin and Peter MacLeod; her son-in-law Jamie Hatzis; and her cousins, Debbie Barrett (Bill), Donna Ferris, Mary Gerus, Dennis Stec (Sandy), Larry Stec (Donna), Tom Tait, Beverley Zakaluk and Joanne Yake (Russell).
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Northern Cancer Fund or Harmony United Church.
