He was predeceased by: his sons, William John and David; his parents, Fern Langila and Herman Langila; his brother Sam Langila; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Langila and Alan Francis.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his son Doug (Yukon); his grandchildren, Michael and Melissa (N. S.); and his sister Eileen Francis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
