She was predeceased by: her mother Gail Otway (Carson). She is survived by: her siblings, Joanne Della-Mattia (Fred), Terri Otway and Darcy Otway (Gabriella); her nieces and nephews, Andrea Kehler (Colin), Trevor Zurkan (Kat Go), Bradley Della-Mattia (Lauren), David Della-Mattia (Amy), Carlee Otway and Kyle Otway; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kirsten, Noah, Peyton Kehler, Hudson, Chloe Trelinski-Fleming and Kayden Della-Mattia. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In honour of Wendy, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society, St. Joseph's Foundation-Hospice and Palliative Care, and Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation.
