He was predeceased by: his parents, James Phair and Leila Phair Stocen; his sister Margaret; and his nephews, Dan Phair, Jesse Phair, Kevin Varey and Terry Elliot.
He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his sons, Jim Phair, Craig Phair (Crystal) and Wesley Phair (Jessica); his grandchildren, Christina, Sebastian and Jayce; his great grandchildren, Jayden and Samarah; and his siblings, Melvin Phair, Robert Phair, Richard Phair (Joanne), Linda Phair, Lorrain Gerow (Jim) and Romona Phair. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
