We are sad to announce that on March 31, 2023, at the age of 89, Veikko Seppanen (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Aila; his parents, Matti Seppanen and Hilda Seppanen; and his siblings, Alma, Martti, Aili, Helmi, Lyydia, Eino and Erkki.

He is survived by: his children, Ella, Marko (Anne), Elisa, Saku, Sean (Holly), Kristen (Raffles) and Kayla; and his great grandchild Kaia (Sean). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.

Should friends so desire, donations in Veikko's memory may be made to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre or a charity of choice.
