He is survived by: his parents, John and Sophie (Maczimchuk); his brothers, John and Mike Chochla; his children, Mark (Donna), Morris (Janice), Louise and Glen (Lauren); and his grandchildren, Dylan, Samantha, Jacquelyn, James, Sophie, Ella and Annie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made on Tony's behalf to the Alzheimer Society or the charity of your choice.
