He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Simmonds-Hebert; and his father Louis Hebert. He is survived by: his children, Shastyn, Dezmond, Kash and Aryanna; his mother Gail Hebert; and his siblings, Michelle Waibel (Brian), Monica Hutcheson (Dave), Charlene Greening (Paul), Lynne Hebert and Michael Hebert. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.
