He is survived by: his mother Jeanne; his daughter Tonya Berlett (Dan); his grandchildren, Carter and Ethan; his girlfriend Eileen Izzard (family: David Mancuso); his children, Nathan, Liam, Olivia, Terrance Webb (Chloe) and Colleen Moreira (Fernando); his siblings, Tena Smith (Terry), Carol Perrier (Larry) and Jeff Unruh; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Liam, Olivia and Bentley.
