He was predeceased by: his parents, Matilda "Tillie" Harasymchuk and Walter Harasymchuk. He is survived by: his sister Lesia Connie Hurlbert (Fred); his nephew Michael Hurlbert; his nieces, Tracy Hurlbert, Shanna Hurlbert and Dawn Hamilton; his great-nephew Sameer Hurlbert-Kumar; his stepchildren, Beth Ponka and Rick Fedorick; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Ken and Katie Ponka.
