She was predeceased by: her husband Maurice Smith; her parents, Irene Blackman and Charles Blackman; her brothers, Alfred and Harold; her sister-in-law Molly; her brother Edward; and her niece Lindy Morton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rosalyn, Glenda Babcock (Ken) and Roz Smiegielski (Andy); her grandchildren, Amanda and Ryan Babcock (Brittney Unik); her great grandchild Penelope; her nieces, Linda Charlebois (George), Arlene Smith and Donna Cameron of Winnipeg; and her nephew Doug Smith.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests that donations be made to the Arthritis Society of Canada or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
