It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Crompton (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Welland, Ontario, who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Jackie; his sister Tammy Lynn; and his father-in-law Edward Valley. He is survived by: his significant other Janice; his daughters, Sarah Dawn and Ashley Anne; his father Greg; his brothers, Shawn and JT (Pamela); his mother-in-law Marlene; and his brothers-in-law, Raymond (Shanni), Leonard and Wayne (Kristan). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews that he loved dearly, other relatives and friends.

“It brings me great sadness hearing about the loss of an amazing person. I had the opportunity to work alongside terry at jrl while i was a student social worker there on placement . He made every day special. He taught me so much that i still use to this day in my field. He was a friend to everyone and filled rooms with laughter. He gave so much to the youth at jrl. He was my role model and i’ll forever cherish the time i got to spend with him. Thinking of his family in this hard time.”
