He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred and Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Ellie; his children, Robin (Ralph) and David (Keith); his grandson Luke; his brother Artie (Lynda); his parents-in-law, Len and Lesley White (England); his nieces, Emma, Karen and Brittney; and his nephew Darren.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Wilson Memorial General Hospital lab equipment fund or a favourite charity in the memory of Terry would be greatly appreciated.
