We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2021, Tammy Kozlowski (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Atikokan, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Bulger and Dorothy Bulger; her father-in-law Steve; her niece Stephanie; and also Harry.
She is survived by: her pets, Max and Misha; her son Matthew; her husband Brian; her siblings, Debbie (Donnie) and Bob (Wendy); her mother-in-law Ann; her siblings-in-law, Maryann and Steve (Kathy); her nieces, Mandi, Alexandra and Jackie; and her aunt Betty.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Tammy to the Thunder Bay and District Humane Society or St. Elizabeth Foundation (End of Life Care). Donations are being accepted for: THUNDER BAY AND DISTRICT HUMANE SOCIETY Saint Elizabeth Foundation (SAINT ELIZABETH HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION).
