He was predeceased by: his father Addy; his sister Theresa; and his cousin Ryan. He is survived by: his significant other Shannon; his children, Austin, Jorja and Talen; his close friend Shannon Haglin; his mother Lynda Etherington; his siblings, Addy (Jeannine), Bobbi (Pat Dow) and Andrew Hoover; and his nephew Michael Holmwood. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and close friends.
