She was predeceased by: her parents, E. J. Tapp and Anna Tapp; her husband Bill; and her siblings, Lorne, Donald, William and Joan Bassam.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Simpson (Evan) and Jeffrey Keegan (Joanne); her stepchildren, William Greaves Jr. (Dawn Woodhouse), Susan Porlier (David) and Sandra Greaves; and also Douglas Bassam. She is also survived by loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
