She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Chocorlan and Regina Chocorlan; and her siblings, Ed Chocorlan, Ronny Chocorlan and Patsy Libiak.

She is survived by: her son Robert Fazackerley (Agnes); her granddaughter Mia (Glen Balina); and her brother Kenny Chocorlan (Connie).
