It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Mary Laviolette (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorne McGuire and Noella McGuire; her sons, Kevin and Mark; and her granddaughter Jill Laviolette.

She is survived by: her husband George Laviolette; her children, Dennis (Shelley), Gary (Joan) and Karen; her daughter-in-law Lori; and her sister Noreen Kohler. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Shelter House or the Dew Drop Inn.
