She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mendowegan and Jane Mendowegan (Megan); and her siblings, Josephine Mendowegan, Lottie Mobishwash (Mendowegan), Alice Kashkish (Mendowegan), Archie Mendowegan, Geno Mendowegan, Daniel Matasawagon, Pius Mendowegan, Alex Matasawagon, James Matasawagon and Donald Matasawagon.

She is survived by: her sisters, Maggie (Mendowegan) and Magiskan (Daniel); her children, Andrea Matasawagon, Hilary Atlookan and Precious; and her grandchildren, Clarissa Matasawagon, Kirkland Matasawagon and Haven Matasawagon. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews she was extremely proud, cousins, In-laws.
