He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; and his parents, Kauko Kunnas (John) and Irja Kunnas (Irene). He is survived by: his brother Gary (Marion); his children, Shawn (Jennifer), Erin (Michael) and Kristen; and his grandchildren, Michaela, Molly, Mara, Morgan, Annika, Roxanna and Mika.
