He was predeceased by: his parents, Anson Miller and Mary Miller; his wife Mary Miller; and his grandson Richard Stelnicki. He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Turnbull (Daniel), Cynthia Anderson (Sergio) and Pamela Rook (Steven); and his grandchildren, Ashley Henderson (Jon), Cole Anderson (Stephanie), Scott and Alexander Rook.
