He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosalie Machendagoos and Henry Machendagoos; his siblings, Basil (Alfreda), Benny, Eli, Mary and Joyce; his parents-in-law, Stella Gray and Percy Gray Sr.; his brothers-in-law, Ken Ferrig and Howard Gray; and his niece Crystal Machendagoos.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Jason (Jessie) and Tricia Cook; his grandchildren, Kyle, Nyeisha, Seth, Malezia, Jordan, Jerilyn, Alana, Jacob and Stella; his siblings, Liza, Lillian (Bruce), Rowena, Cecilia (Eldon), Maurie, Willie and Xavier; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn (Clarence), Lorraine (Alvin), Lois (Turf), Martha, Florence, Debby and Percy Jr. (Janice). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
