He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Gashinski and Clifford Gashinski. He is survived by: his wife Janet Jardine; his children, Jenn Gashinski (John Perry) and James Gashinski; his grandchildren, Jaxson Perry, Jakob Perry, Aja-Jane Jardine and Hendrix Jardine; his brothers, Ron Gashinski (Pat) and Larry Gashinski; his child Dianne Bliss; and his sister-in-law Pauline Tindale.
In lieu of flowers friends may make a donation in Robert's memory to either Toys for Tots Thunder Bay Professional Firefighters or United Way Thunder Bay.
