It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Reimo Karjalainen (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Karjalainen and Anna Karjalainen; his son Dean; his parents-in-law, Ray and Helen Rankka; his brother-in-law Toivo Rinne; his sister Impi Rinne; his brother-in-law Rev. Albert Marcis; and his cousin Torsti Hynna.

He is survived by: his cousins, Margaret Rankka, Michigan and Finland; his wife Margaret; his daughter Marcia Reiner; his son-in-law Kevin Reiner; his stepgrandsons, Lyle (Taryn) and Kristofer; his great grandchild Finley; his sister Sylvia Marcis; his brothers-in-law, Jim Rankka (Salmi) and Larry (Trisha); and also Ray. He is also survived by numerous loving nephews, nieces, grandnephews, and grandnieces.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the service attendance will be limited.
