Orlean Gay Luski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Orlean Gay Luski (Thunder Bay, Ontario), born in Ashern, Manitoba, who passed away on January 24, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Luski; her parent O. B. McGiffin; and her siblings, Joy Morgan-Smith (Bill), Orbey (Connie), Orval (Diana) and Bob (Jan).

She is survived by: her children, Beryl Luski (Chris) and Ed Luski (Sherry); her grandchildren, Natacha (Cameron), EJ (Catherine), Courtney (Jesse), Kam (Karli), Alex and Destinee (James); her great grandchild Henry; her siblings-in-law, Mike Luski and Ann Cherepa; and her devoted baby Stacy (Pomeranian). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As directed by the Province of Ontario and the Bereavement Authority of Ontario, COVID protocols are still being applied in group settings. Capacity is limited to allow for social distancing, a record of attendance must be maintained and wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone is required for those attending the services.
