She was predeceased by: her significant other Ron Melnchuk. She is survived by: her children, Donna (Ernie), Doug (Susan), JoAnne (Glenn) and Heather (Nick). She is also survived by many grand children, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harbourview Funeral Centre (499 Cumberland St N, Thunder Bay, ON P7A4R9). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 1:45 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riverside Cemetery (800 Oliver Rd, Thunder Bay, ON P7B4V8).
