He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Eleanor; and his siblings, Mary Alice, Michael, Lucy, Henry, Thomas, Beatrice, John and Adeline.

He is survived by: his daughters, Anna, Andrea (Elias Iatrou) and Stephanie; his sons-in-law, Thomas and Elias; his wife Anna; his daughter Jennifer (Thomas Marcon); his grandsons, Valentino, Cristiano and Aris; his siblings, Agnes, Patrick, Veronica and Archie; and his siblings-in-law, Bruna and Eric. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Dick's memory to the Northern Cancer Fund.
