It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Morris Kenequenash (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on September 15, 2020, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Alex Kenequanash (Juliet); his brother Zebulon Kenequanash; his nephew Wendell Kenequanash; his nieces, Charlene Kenequanash (Charlie Jeremiah) and Shannon Kakekayash; his great-nephew Sydney Kenequanash; and his daughter-in-law Kierra Meekis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Charlotte Affleck (Don), Jessie Greer (Richard), Nora Kanate (Colin), Sandra Quequish (Bernie) and Melissa Williams; and his children, Ashley Kenequanash (Richard Spade), Jesse Hutchinson, Lilliana Barkman (Floyd Chisel), Joshua Kenequanash, Taylor Chisel, Tyler Chisel, Malakai Kenequanash-Meekis and Lyrik Kenequanash-Meekis.
