He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorne and Noella; his siblings, Lorna, Mary, Brian and Larry; and his granddaughter Sydney.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth (Betty); his children, Abby, Nicholas, Christopher, Boris Stec, Erin (Mike), Eric, Kyle and Michael (Susan); and his siblings, Terry, Norene and Sheila.
