As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his wife Grace; his parents, Daniel and Theresa; and his siblings, Helen, Mary, Evelyn (Ev), Inez, Joseph Hugh (Hughie) and Arthur (Art).

He is survived by: his sons, Morgan and Patrick Caraher.

As expressions of sympathy, memorials to the Northern Cancer Fund of Thunder Bay would be appreciated.
