He is survived by: his wife Janette; his children, Julie Akin, Jennifer Green (John), Jamie Banks (Randy), Jeff Akin (Amy) and Greg Akin (Kristina); and his grandchildren, Addison Akin, Justin Anderson, Katie Anderson, Sarah Banks, Brett Banks, Elizabeth Banks, Emmalee Arlitt, Robert Arlitt, Olivia Akin, Molly June Akin and Ruby Akin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
