Melissa Corine Mathewson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Melissa Corine Mathewson (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on May 12, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Collins Mathewson Sr. and Barbara Stopanski; and her sister Wendy Lee Mathewson. She is survived by: her daughter Monnette Mathewson (Dillon Mugford); her granddaughter Peyton Mathewson; her siblings, John Mathewson (Michelle), Lindsey Mathewson and Casie Mathewson; her stepparents, Bernadette and Wayne Letang; and her pet Toto. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In her memory, contributions are suggested to the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society.
