It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maureen Theresa Bruni (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Constance McKeown and Herbert McKeown; her husband Peter Bruni; her siblings, Margaret Falconer, Pat and Brian McKeown; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Falconer and Mina McKeown.

She is survived by: her children, Lynn Stewart (Ralph), Brian Bruni, David Bruni (Lesley) and Peter Bruni Jr. (Elena); her grandchildren, Taylor Stewart (Leah), Allie Stewart (Cameron), Preston and Peyton Bruni; and her sister-in-law Emma Toivonen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the TBRHSC – Northern Cancer Fund or Northern Cardiac Fund would be appreciated.
