She was predeceased by: her parents, Luke Kluchkowsky and Linda Kluchkowsky; and her brother Brian. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her children, Michael (Emily) and Patricia Semenick (Michael); her grandchildren, John Semenick, Michaela Semenick and Jaydon Bilyk; and her brother Michael Kluchkowsky.
