He was predeceased by: his parents, Adele Varey and Donald Varey; his sister-in-law Carol Varey; his nephew Kevin Varey; and his brother-in-law Russell Chiupka.
He is survived by: his significant other Tracey Cameron; his siblings, Rick Varey and Nadine Schelle (Varey); his nieces, Michelle Varey (Bryan Matte) and Candace Schelle; his nephew Donald Schelle (Susan Dodds); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Courtney Ferris, Peyton Puhach, Adam and Matthew Schelle; and also, Brittany Stinson-McGee and Donald Cameron.
Due to Covid-19 a private family service will be held on Monday September 28, 2020.
If friends so desire, donations may be made in Mark's memory to the Thunder Bay and District Humane Society.
