Marion Drewes Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marion Drewes (Thunder Bay, Ontario), who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Marion Drewes to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Karam and Iris Karam; and her brother Andrew Karam. She is survived by: her husband Glen; her siblings, Stephen (Patricia Meredith) and Donna; her siblings-in-law, Per (Janet), Torben (Lynne), Jack (Julie), Janet Drewes-Dewaele (Paul) and Maureen Drewes; her nieces and nephews, Katie, Jennifer (Jamie), Becky (Mat), Samantha Dewaele, Patrick Meredith-Karam, Eric (Arianne), Matthew, Alex Dewaele, Chris (Carlie) and Kyle; her godson Lyndsi; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Timothy, Brooke, Ava, Rustin, Logyn, Kacey and James. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In 2020 when the covid-19 pandemic hit, Marion went back to Safeway Dawson Road to work the front lines as a cashier, while she continued her studies in the recreational therapy program.
