It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Joseph Nicol in Thunder Bay, Ontario, who passed away on October 16, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lyle Joseph Nicol to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin and Irene; and his sister Karen. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Baker; his children, Luke (Samira), Bret and Kate (Michael); his stepchildren, Shari (Ray) and Kelly (Janine); his grandchildren, Azelia, Maeve, Hudson, Oaklyn, Kylie, Cheryl, Diana and Thomas; his sisters, Paulette (Kathryn) and Marcia (Graham); and his former wife Lita. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shelter House, the Salvation Army, or the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
