It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorne Allan Winter of Thunder Bay, Ontario, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lorne may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lorne touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his parents, Burt Winter and Doris Winter; and his siblings, Bill, Donna Hegge (Mel) and Carol.

He is survived by: his sons, John (Nicole) and Calvin; his grandchildren, Cameron and Brady; his friend Cora Sandham; and the mother of his children Lisa Winter.
