He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy and Myrtle; his brother Murray; his brother-in-law David; and his son-in-law Daniel.

He is survived by: his children, Lisa, Sarah (Mike) and Alexander (Nicole); his siblings, Ruth and Lorne G.; and his children, Raise and Captain Lorne. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
