She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Calder and Eileen Calder; and her brother Ernest Jr. Calder. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Michael Adams; her children, Dorla Wright (Murray) and Guy (Donalda); her stepsons, R. Matthew Adams (Allison), Eric Adams (Sarah) and Jeremy Adams (Laura Erdman); her grandchildren, Jenna O'Quinn (Shane) and Lindsay MacPhail (Bobby); her stepgrandchildren, Angus, Eve Adams, Timothy, Fen Adams, Lydia, Mitchell Adams and Erdman; her great grandchildren, Hudson and Harper MacPhail; and her siblings, Lawrence Calder (Laura), Kevin Calder (Tammie) and Debbie Hebert (Rod).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Lenore Ann Adams can be made to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation.
