He was predeceased by: his mother Mary; and his brother Jimmy. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter-in-law Kayleen; his son Kristopher; his grandchildren, Ashdin and Sydnie; his father Stan Hook (Claire Periard); his sister Suzanne; and also Together. He is also survived by his mother-in-law, his brothers and sisters-in-law and numerous nieces and nephews.
