Laila Arlene Dumoulin Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2024, at the age of 69, Laila Arlene Dumoulin (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Kaarlo Niemi and Irene Niemi. She is survived by: her husband Marcel; her children, Debb Charron (Luc), Marci Guerin (Robin), Darcy Dumoulin (Stefanie), Trisha Bertoni (Paul), Lisa Seguin (James) and Jennifer; her grandchildren, Melanie, Philip, Kayli, Brianna, Hayley, Michealla, Cameron, Rhian, Jaxson and Jace; her siblings, Karen, Arnold (Lisa) and Elizabeth Niemi; and her nephews, Christopher and Shelby Niemi (Amanda).

Her confidence and positive attitude continued to shine as she completed many treatments alone as a result of the pandemic.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation can be made to the Northern Cancer Research Foundation.
