She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Whatley and Emily Whatley; her husband Jack Masters; her siblings, Gordon, Dick, Joe, Eddy, Ivy (Neilson) and Emmy (Drew); and her grandson Justen Masters.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Suttie (Ron), Diane Scocchia (Sergio), Gerald (Meg) and Scott (Lesley); her grandchildren, Daryl Suttie, Danielle Suttie, Dallas Suttie (Lacey), Laura Scocchia, Daniel Stansell (Diana), Andrea Riccio (Vince), Jason Masters, Erin Masters (Duncan Hood), Vanessa Houghtby (Tyler) and Jonathon Masters (Tesni Stefanato); her great grandchildren, Connor Faulkner, Jackson Dennis, Amelia Suttie, Caledon Suttie, Ava Suttie, Stanley Stansell, Aaliyah Riccio and Alexandra Houghtby; and her brother Jim Whatley (Betty).
