We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2021, Josephine Barrie (Thunder Bay, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stewart Barrie; her parents, George McPherson and Beatrice McPherson; and her siblings, Stephen, Patrick, Maggie, Patsy and Rosie.

She is survived by: her brother John; her children, Gail Dick (Jeremy), Irene Taylor (Rene), Stewart Barrie Jr. and Stan Barrie (Melanie); her grandchildren, Kaya, Kyler Smith, Jaimee Taylor, Patrick Lavoie-Barrie, Amber, Raymond, Jerome and Remy Barrie; and her great grandchildren, Kaizer, Xavier Barrie, Amira and Avery Taylor.

Donations can be made in her honour to Regional Cancer Care Northwest.
