He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pentick and Teresa Pentick (Woit); and his sister Maryanne Pentick. He is survived by: his wife Olga Marykon; his children, Julie Pentick and Stephen Pentick (Sarah McCullough); his grandchildren, Alexandra (Teemu), Helena, Isabella and Josef; his great grandchildren, Crawford and Flora; his daughter Eleanor Pentick (Zaroski); his friend Michael Conway; and his caregivers, Robert Essex, Dr. Migay and John.
