John Cybulski Obituary

He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; his parents, Kazmierz and Zena; and his sister Theresa. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer, Michael and Karen; his sister Krystyna "Tina"; and his nephew John. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and relatives.
